Rather than trying to eliminate the pain completely, our focus will be on creating space to listen to your body’s signals and nurturing the connection between mind and body. Together, we’ll build tools—like cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, pacing, and relaxation techniques—that will empower you to care for yourself holistically. These tools will help you tap into your inner strength, prioritize self-care, and respond effectively to what your body is communicating.
